What to send when you ask for a new ID

• Your name, spelled the way it appears on your UPI app. Mismatches slow payouts down later.
• The WhatsApp number you actually use. This becomes the recovery route if you lose the password.
• Whether you want a demo ID first or a funded account straight away.
• The city you are in, if the desk asks — it only affects which payment window suits you best.

That is the whole list. Nobody needs your card number, your bank password or an OTP to open an account, and a request for any of those is a signal to walk away.

What comes back

A username, a password, and the current access link. Change the password once you are in. Agents hand out simple starter passwords for speed, and leaving that in place for months is asking for trouble.

Your first ten minutes on a new ID
